Extremely urgent, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am on H1B visa and my I485 is pending, but I have valid EAD and AP. My wife went to India 2 months ago and she is travelling back to USA tomorrow.
May I know what all documents are needed if my wife is travelling on AP?? She has a copy(not original) of her H4 I797 form and one original of AP. Are these documents sufficent to enter US?? Does she needs original of her I797 form and her Employment Authoization Card(EAD) as well??

another thing to keep in mind, she will move to adjustment status if she were going to use AP
