Was it a denial based not a good reason for an extension or just because she had already left? In either even, she does not have any problem due to unlawful presence.

Your post is confusing.... Did she leave 7 days after denial or had she departed already when it arrived?????

Her reason being to provide either help as a domestic servant or in home healthcare is improper employment by an alien on a tourist visa and deprives a U.S. worker of a job opportunity. Requesting an extension for that or seeking an entry for that purpose will lead to a denial of extension or refusal of admission.

Her visa is now void since she overstayed according to your dates. She needs to reapply. She should not reenter for at least 6 months and preferably longer if she is reissued a visa. A young person with an overstay is a serious concern for illegal work - which was indeed your and her plan.

If you need assistance, your doctor's office staff can refer you to agencies where you can hire a professional. If it is just a cultural expectation that someone babysit a mother-to-be, you should return to your home country where this type of activity is not only expected but legal. In the US, except under very unusual situations, a pregnant woman should be and is expected to perform duties and participate in activities she engage in before pregnancy. In the US, a foreign national on a tourist visa cannot provide care or housekeeping services - even for a pregnant woman. Your doctor's office can refer you to programs for expectant parents where you can learn how to care for a newborn as well a receive prenatal self help tips.
