Hello everyone,
Sorry if this question has already been answered, but I couldn't find it in FAQ and the forums...
My question is simple, once someone gets an H1-B stamped in his home country, after 3 years, when the person applies for extension, and gets accepted, does the person have to go back to his home country to get re-stamped? Can't the person just keep working? (I don't care about any limitations on traveling if I don't get the H-1 stamping again).
Please shed some light, thanks!
