Experts Please help - How to get H4 Visa - Got married recently

I switched jobs from Company A to Company B couple of months back. Have an H1B Stamp from Company A on my passport. Recently I travelled to India to get married - came back alone to US with the old H1B Visa - got a new I-94 - I was'nt required to get a new H1B Stamp (of Company B) on my passport. 1) Now will there be any issues if my spouse goes to the US Embassy in Delhi for getting her H4 Visa based on my case scenario.

2) I am working at client side on a temp project at place A in NY. But my Company is based in Boston, MA. I have given my relative's address in Boston as my address for correspondence for H1B purposes. But my tax returns etc. specify different addresses. Does it matter? Will it be alright if I give my wife specifies the relative's address in Boston as the address where she will be residing in US (in form D156)? Do I need to provide any paperwork for it?

3) Can anyone provide me with the most recent comprehensive list of all the documents/papaerwork that is needed for a H4 Visa Stamping in Delhi (stating clearly if any originals are needed)

My marriage was an arranged marriage which started of by placing an ad in newspaper. So on March 23rd I went to India where I met couple of girls from whom I selected one to be my wife. Because of time constraint I got married in Arya Samaj Mandir on April 2nd and got my marriage registered on April 3rd and came back on April 4th. So now I am worried about couple of more things - Nowadays there are lot of fraud marriages due to which Immigration officers have been refusing lot of H4 visas arbitrarily. Here is what I need to know -

1) Do I need to send Affidavit of Support to her?
--- I dont think you need to send affidevit of support for H4
2) I have left the photocopies of all my H1B related - documents - including the I-797 with her - Do I need to send her any of the originals?

3) She has Original Marriage Registration Certificate, Original Arya Samaj Mandir Marriage Certificate, and 30-40 photos taken at Arya Samaj Mandir (of the actual marriage where only 4-5 people were present besides us) - would this be sufficient proof of marriage -

4) Do I need to send the originals of my last 6 months paystubs, all W2s, last 6 months Bank statements - or the photocopies of these will be sufficient?
------ photocopies are enough, she should show ONLY what is asked, you may have to send the copy of form I-129+ LCA that was sent to USCIS for your recent H1 approval( it will be with lawyer who filed let the lawyer certify the compleate petition package and then send)
5) Do I need to send her the copy of my new I-94 which I received when I re-entered US on April 4th.

I have looked at many discussion forums and went through many other web sites - but have'nt found answers to my above query. So please help?
**** FYI BOMBAY US consulate needs her passport with her spouse name on it added on it. if she is applying in Bombay she should get new passport copy ( any agent can get it done in 3-5 days)
