Expert advise needed, Please.

I received this message on January 9, 2009. I already celebrated thinking it was an approval, I called customer service they said it may not be an APPROVAL. Can the expert shed some lights.

"On January 9, 2009 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service".

What is the document that you're expecting? Approval of your asylum case? Or an RTD?

From actual experiences this usually means that there is an approval. However, nothing they tell you online is official or legally binding. Be patient and wait for the approval in the mail.
