Expedited Citizenship

Hello All,

I am looking for experienced members to answer these questions:

- Is it possible to expedite citizenship for an Asylum based GC holder when he/she is working for a private company (not Military) and his/her job requirement is to visit a lot of Military contractors who require US Citizenship and his/her job is being effected by being a non-citizen. He/she is about a year away from applying for citizenship after 5 years are up but is there any way to expedite it a year before with employer's help?

- If he/she becomes an Army Reserve, can she apply for citizenship ASAP? (right after becoming a reserve and employer has this knowledge. The downside to this is that he/she can be called anytime on active duty, right?)

There is nowhere in the law where it says that you can expedite based on reason #1. Expedite is differnt than skipping the years required to be with a GC and then applying. I believe if you had already applied and wanted to expedite and your job required it(i.e being a Judge etc), then it could be expedited but you cant skip the years unless you join the U.s Army or been married to a USC.

Reason #2, you can but only select members of army reserve as I have read.

want

I still havent found anything regarding "select" reservists that can apply for citizenship?
Any comments from anybody?

Is an unpaid speeding ticket can have a negative effect on a citizenship application?
