everyone who passed stokes - pls read!!

does anyone have a list of questions that they usually ask?
i saw it somewhere online, but cant find.

im getting ready for my stokes in 2 weeks (while in removal proceedings) and this is what i have so far to bring with me:

1. bank statements + letter from the bank when account was opened
2. bills on both names (internet and credit card)
3. letter from water supply company that account has been set up under both names
4. health insurance cards both names
5. auto insurance letter - that i'm on the policy as a second driver
6. boarding passes from our trips (4 trips total)
7. two affidavits from parents-in law and friends that they know that our relationships bona fide
8. income tax on both names for last year
9. photos of both of us- 300 from our every day life (we didn't have a wedding yet - so no pictures from ceremony)
10. my husband's canceled checks and letter from accountant that he is self-employed.
11. our marriage certificate and SS cards

what else can i bring? pls help - i'm very nervous.
should i print our emails to each other? our phone bills where you can see that we call each other every day? (its not on both names though). I also have a lot of junk mail (credit card offers, etc) should i bring?

i had mine stokes int last week in nyc-and officer who did int. didn`t look at documents at all-couse stokes is all about 100 questions (separated)to proof you marriage

i also found even more questions through google search "fraud interview for marriage based greed card".

kaktus I'm in the same situation as yours I think, if you can read my other post, I just want your opinion if you dont mind and post your experience after the interview. Mine is in garden city, where is yours? thank you and I wish you a very good luck.
 
mine is in NYC - federal plaza.
Its on Aug 21st. I will post my experience here as soos as i can:)

Francly - i read your situation on this forum. If you letter doesn't state "stokes" they may do stokes. Just be prepared and go through all the sample questions posted above in this topic.

My situation was different. I'm in deporation and my letter says stokes. We got married after i already was in removal proceedings. Our interview today was set at 10am at Federal Plaza and for a week we were preparing stuff and going through questions. We arrived earlier and they called us exactly at 10am. To my surprise it was only for 5 minutes and we were not separated at all. We were asked 10 questions total - together at the same time (i have no idea why - but IO said he is not going to question us anylonger because he knows that our relationships are real) :) who knows why.
he said that he approves our I-130 and said he will mail the approval notice by the end of day today.

My only advise is - get ready for stokes. You never know how they are going to play. we were very orginized (photos, supporting documents, etc) IO only looked at photo album and took one picture. And took a few copies of our bills for his file. He also asked in the beggining where our attorney was, but my husband said that our attorney told us that we have nothing to worry about, thats why he didn't come :)

Good luck, if they suspect something, there is a problem and they will torture you with stokes, but if your relationships are bona fide - i'm sure they know about it (like in my case).

Now i have to send a motion to reshcedule my hearing from Feb 2009 to an earlier date. Hopefully :) to get my I485 approved by judge.
