I'll be applying for GC through NIW EB2 (exceptional ability), TSC.

Here is list of my credentials:

- Ph.D in Computer Science (USA).
- 12 Publications in journals and proceedings.
- 3 poster presentations.
- About 25 out-of-loop citations, many of them from top-level research labs and universities from USA, Europe and Asia.
- Reviewer of 6 Journals.
- Two invitations for participating in conferences and to organize sessions.
- Two awards related to my Ph.D. research; and couple other university awards.
- 6 Recommendation letters; 2 from two different national labs; 2 from two different researchers in top-tier IT companies; 1 very famous professor in my field; and 1 from my former advisor.

What are my chances? I'll be applying through a lawyer.

Might work. Get a good layer. Its a close call but worth trying it. Your citations are a little thin.
