I have another two kids 19 and 17 years, but the lawyer said that the decision of my case is based on my almost 21 years old.

the government is shut down, they wont release anything until after it opens.
Here in this forum no body of 2022 was granted yet and in another group in fb cancellation of removal same no body of 2022 and I have friends of 2022 as well and no body but a lot of 2021 still pending so that means thy still don’t finish with 2021 cases, some states are still from August and others are on November and Dicember. But hopefully they will start grants soon.

Can someone explain to me how this works. I had my hearing on August this year. I filed for 2 applications with the court 42b and I601waiver together. After the hearing the judge said she could grand me my application today but I have to wait for a visa number available for me. She verbally granted my application. I been checking on court website it says no further hearing date. Decision pending. It’s been a month now. Am confused
After verbal grand, the waiting Is 3-4 years
When the visa get available do you go for another interview before you get granted the green card?
You call to make an appointment for them basically to check all your paper work is in order and mail a your card. But lately in some cases they just had to call and they will automatically send you the card.

@ashrobin123 Yes i just did. Didn’t have any issues. Was just asked how long have I been out of the country. Just make sure you have your complete valid docs with you (passport and GC) and not to stay outside US for a long time.

Does anyone know what’s the answer frame time for 42b expedite motion? Also if denied will hold your position in line or go to bottom?

I was told by IJ during individual hearing that if I don't hear within 30days ; means verbal approval is granted, just for visa number to be assigned . When was your individual hearing?
