I just did it and he told me that the only thing they can recommend is that we re-submit the application under the 42b or c10 category but only for my husband. We have been waiting for more than a year and a half and this is what we got today.

Yeah I think that’s the best solution and hope that they expedite the processing so you don’t have to wait that long. Just a tip for renewals, I always include the sheet that has the barcode from the previous ead. I feel it makes it easier for them to process it.

Ok thanks and Do you know if there is any risk with this problem with this new administration?

But they revoked your work authorization card application? Or your verbal approval?

I knew about a friend that was verbal approved but years after they denied it! The attorney appeal to it and they wait about 2 more years and got bc. But I don’t know the situation deeply.

I honestly don’t know much but I hope it won’t affect it at all because it was just an honest mistake on their end. I’m sure they are processing a lot of application right now and it’s probably just a typo error.

I hope so! Because with everything that's going on right now, we're worried that something will happen to all of us who are waiting for our granted.

Ohh don’t worry if the revocation was to the work card application I think it does not have anything to be with your case status? Maybe your granted letter is soon!
 
Does anyone know what's going on? Before I could see information about verbal approval and the address of my court and now I only get this!IMG_8849.jpeg

When you mention a05 category, isn't that for granted asylees? I'm confused since normally C10 is the category for granted 42Bs. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi can you please explain to me how that works? did you go to USCIS to get it stamp? I had my verbal approval on 08/22 but still waiting for my granted letter. in February 2023 I applied for a travel autorization and got it approved in Oct 2024. I traveled out of the country and when I came back they stamped my passport saying I could travel in and out for a year. Did you apply for an advance parole or you went to the USCIS? can you explain? my husband will apply for the advance parole but if there is another way I would like to know. thank you
