I understand, and I want to do it for my mom. I lost my father last year and been away for many years , this is important to me a lot !No offense, Pashako, but there are plenty of people who have lead a good life here, no criminal records and ties to the community, and it hasn’t mattered. CBP and ICE don’t give a crap. Not trying to be rude, but that’s the reality. And no, immigration has not always been like this. Personally? Unless there’s a real emergency that requires someone to travel under advance parole, I would not risk it. But you do what you think it’s right for you. Best of luck!
