Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Im in spring valley. it's just ridiculous. Just more ways to take money since it costs something around $700 to reopen it. My lawyer said we just need to wait and we don't need to do anything. They're all shit. Horrible to communicate. I received an email stating that the letter was attached to my account BUT my account doesn't have a feature to download anything nor my lawyer got any letter from them. Pathetic! Again, my layer said we don't need to reopen or do anything: the judges orders surpasses any application/form/whatever with USCIS
Who's your Lawyer?
Same here, yesterday I went to see the lawyer and he said the same thing — that there’s no need to reopen the case, that it’s just a matter of waiting. However, we called immigration again yesterday and they said they absolutely can’t do anything unless the case is reopened. They don’t even want to give us an appointment to go to the local office. And that’s exactly what the lawyer suggested — that I make an appointment at the local office so he can go with us.
We are in NLV.

Mine is 24/7 Attorneys. What's yours? So we are in the same page. Asking ChatGPT, the answer I got is that we need to just sit down and wait for our turn because eventually they will have to open an issue this green card.

*Funny enough if we waited four years for this case to be resolved, and an immigration judge can only grant when there is a visa available what would be the odds that our case was granted when the quota was already reached? This is all very confusing.

I called USCIS AGAIN though they had given me 30 days just to see what they would say, this guy didn't have a knowledge of 42b. He kept on saying that my asylum is approved and they'll mail me my I-90 lol. I had no patience to explain why the fuck he came to work today.

I also noticed that most of these people don’t even know what the 42B is.

Nope nothing changed, just waiting for uscis call or email. My lawyer explained the same thing like others just shares, agents have no idea about 42b or anything. They are programmed to telling us wait for 30 days, that’s all.
Guys, I reached out to the senator and ombudsman a few days ago and got a response from the senators office. My friend told me it works. They have sent a message to USCIS already and will let me know.
