Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

I called the 800 number today and was told they would reach out to me within 30 days to see if I will need to go in and provide my fingerprints. My approval was 12-17-24 on normal how long was it before they contacted you back? Also did you have to go for the info pass or they just created the green card?

All cases and processing times are different. Mine took exactly two months to receive the GC ( it was also Thanksgiving and Christmas time) Others took only 45 days. They did not ask me for fingerprints. Good luck and congratulations

Hello, my lawyer wants to charge me $2000 dollars more because according to him he says that he has to send everything by email to do the infopass, it is true

I feel sorry for you ! Lawyers are become greedy ! when was your approval date and which state are you located ?

Please don’t pay, you just got to the secretary from judge and ask a copy of the letter when you see it in the computer. Then just call the number.
