My lawyer told me if the INA ( immigration and national act) changed then we need to reassess. Hopefully not.

I honestly don't think it will do anything to us. We got approved from the court and awaiting on judge's signature. I know trump is against illegal immigration and all but we won our cases fair and square. It's really hard to get anything approved when so many parties are involved. If we get a deportation letter it'll be our bad luck (which I highly think won't happen). Just think positive guys.. we are so close to reach our destination..

Nah.. I don't think so.. these are for this year. You remember the wave we kept on talking about in March? It never happened but people were randomly receiving right before and after. Currently, these guys received after October and nothing came before. I am assuming those are the new ones. However, even if it is for the previous fiscal year it will be a plus point for the ones from 2021
