Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

I think it's good, depending on the situation of the applicant, it's good, because once dismissed he doesn't have the risk of being deported anymore. It remains in the country, even without paperwork, but waiting for a legalization law and if it does not break any law, it waits without risk

I saw that. The cases are being dismissed which probably no more courts but also no opportunities to fight for a greencard
over Facebook cases are becoming dismissal
I wonder if that’s good or really bad??
Anyone knows?

Hi. I had my last court on July 7/23 in NYC. The judge put me on a waiting list for a green card. Do you have an idea for when I will be receive it? Thanks for your help. I am new in this chat.
That was your individual hearing?
And were you approved?

I see every year wait time is increasing. I would say 2027-2028 you will see your green card.
