Yes you right,last few years court release approval after march…but they started processing from October Fy.

Everyone know renew EAD longer 12 months now.I renewed Drivers License on location DMV office.but I get DL only valid 3months.
Then I emailed state DMV department tell them
My EAD card was automatic extension 540 day.i also sent Uscis automatic extension link to state department explain my EAD was automatic extension. Finally they gave valid 20 months DL .
