Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

it so sad to see no new approvals hopefully soon we can get better news i dont understand why is getting so slow let's hope for the best
Today one of the members posted about it and her/his parents are finally granted after 3.5 years of waiting. What I said before is like my husband and I, we are waiting since 12/16/2019 and sometimes you feel like that day never is going to come.

Don’t be discouraged and disappointed. It’s matter of time. The hard part was over in the court 3.5 years ago! Let’s put it that way!!

Approvals are generally slower during this time. You’ll see approvals coming in Sep and oct.

We got told when we called the court they might start giving approval in June but I guess it happened earlier. My parents were verbally granted 10/19 in New Jersey. So I think the east coast is starting to get approvals.

when I saw someone post granted .i feel uplifted.
I read a report. It is said that there were very few COR cases in the past, and some people could get a green card in about one year. Later, there were more COR cases. Some people say that the number of COE green cards can be overdrawn before 2016

Good morning!!! How long after the Info pass appointment does the GC usually get sent out? And how long before we can see the status on the USCIS page?

CONGRATULATIONS to you and your family!
Best wishes and God bless you all.

This Friday will be one month since my husband’s InfoPass appointment and he still has not received the physical green card. The status is still “pending” according to USCIS when we call. According to the USCIS if the i485 is granted through EOIR they are supposed to receive the physical card within 30 days after their InfoPass. I swear it seems like everything is a mess. We bought a home 3 hours away from our prior address and USCIS refuses to accept our AR11 and says to change the address through the court even though the case is closed and handed over to them!

My husband officially gave up. He says if comes good if it doesn't oh well. He's no longer gonna check his case. He's tired of this. I will continue to check but he officially gave up and gave the BIA the middle finger

I agree but this whole mess started 9 years ago he's tired. His parents aren't getting any younger he hasn't seen them in 12 years. It's sad for everyone going through this. It takes a toll on your mental health.
I lost my grand father last year .. he kept on asking me when will I coming and I had no answer but to give him hope. Life is cruel and everything is out of hand.

Don’t worry.. hopefully he’ll get to see his parents soon!
