Different answers from different peoples, I think we need some one who has experience the situation to say some thing about this...

I think, you need to read the DV lottery instructions to learn the requirements!

Different stroke for different nation.

For processing at Nigeria from past experiences of those that got their visas, I think english and mathematics are compulsory requirements for DV winners. It could either be from WAEC or NECO. As advised you've got some time to put that together. Please clean it up if you do not have it yet.

but the requirements do list a high school education (or work experience), which is exactly what Anahit said. What kind of problem do you have with her answer?

now the question is - did you list your HS education in your DSP-122 form?

What problem are u talking about?

It is you that have problem with the answer and not my self.

the person that asked the question knows that high school is the minimum education requirement But he is asking if the high school result must bear credit both English and mathematics. and some people said no and some people from other forum are saying yes...which made me to say different answers from different people.

Somebody said i should read the instruction again... and i said in the instruction there was no stipulation that English and Maths must be credit..

So what do u mean by the problem i have with Answer???

Thanks All

Thanks all for the answers.
the issue is that i have three different High school certificates. the school i did my six yrs high school education and an external GCE certificate. then last sitting which contain about 6 credit pass including English.
Now during time of filling dsp Hs education and cert obtain I listed the first school and the last one without mentioning the GCE which contain Mathematics credit pass. Do i have to mail Kcc and tell them that i have GCE ut was not mentioned in the list.??

your grades and your subjects have no bearing on immigrant visa issuance.

If you actually went to a different school to obtain GCE (I have no idea what it is), then you must list it in DSP-122. If it was not school, but rather an examination of sorts, then you didn't have to list it. A regular high school diploma will do.

Peculiar situation

Unfortunately Nigerians are faced with a rather odd situation. Many candidates are being asked to buttress their high school certificates by solving math questions[algebra, etc:eek:] or some other technical component of your field of study. Many stories abound on the Nigerian thread about this. It appears that this is a prerequisite for getting the dv visa in Nigeria. At least a number of stories of folks being denied visa because they flunked the questions:eek:
