End of Long Journey - Got Approval Emails today

My dream came true after 4years .........

Got the Magic Email yesterday that our cases are approved. Thank you all for your support during this painful journye (3yrs, 8months).

Hi,
I am in a peculiar situation. Gurus please advice. I filed green card with Company A. My labor got approved and I filed 140/485 at the same time. After 3 and half months I transferred my H1 to another company. My old company did not revoke my application. My 140 got approved from the old company. Now, if my 485 gets approved(PD is current) and my old employer is willing to re-hire me, will my green card be valid at that time. Is there a time limit before which I should join the old company if my 485 gets approved. This is an important decision i have to make. Please help or lead to any links etc.
