Employment contract on h1 VISA

I signed a contract with my employer to work for 12 months. I was working at a client site and joined the middle company after six months. I changed my address.

My employer has sent me notice from lawyer at my e-mail address. My old employer does not know my new home address as I moved to a different address. My current company told me ignore any e-mail notice from lawyer.


Any suggestions ?
 
If you sign a contract for 12 months and a non compete clause, you can not get away with it. To track your where about is very easy with your SSN.
