Employer not giving me the app. number

my h1 tranfer was filed but the employer and his lawyer
are not telling and giving me the applcation number(WAC/EAC).

How & from when can I known the applcation number?

Please help

Hi
Your Employer is Playing around with you.
If he didnt give EAC/LIN/WAC you need to act smart.
Just tell him know you gonna call INS to check if they have really filed for
H1B transfer/or New petition?
IF u have pay stuff you can write to Department Of Labor Regarding the same and forward same copy toyour Employer.
Only few words of filing complain to INS will loose out your paper details. :) :) :)

---------------- if the person is woking with new employer who filed H1 trasfer petition then it seems they filed H1. it is mistake of the candidate that if he joined with out getting H1 reciept from USCIS
