Employment based category ?

How much do we actually represent of the total pending cases with USCIS ? The reason I want to know this is if we are only 10-20% no wonder nobody is interested to hear us because we might be in minority.
Also, was watching the Immigration Program on Asia TV the other day and except for 1 case, all other were family based/citizens/illegal/others.

Maybe we should ask Rajeev too that how many employment based cases does he really handle (% basis). Another thing which came to mind was that all other categories are much behind us on the dates, so why hasten our process if we are a smaller group.

Anybody wants to comment on this ?

Doesn't matter. But, EB cases could be about 25% of all the immigration cases in the US.

What good would that do ?

Because it's this (our, EB) group whose GC is in danger if it takes too long as it is subject to huge constraints such as continuing employment and what not. Besides it's this group that pays nearly all of the taxes that the total immigrant community pays in the US. On the other hand, illegal/family-based immigration is not subject to the whims of economy/employer.
