Employment based category ?
How much do we actually represent of the total pending cases with USCIS ? The reason I want to know this is if we are only 10-20% no wonder nobody is interested to hear us because we might be in minority.
Also, was watching the Immigration Program on Asia TV the other day and except for 1 case, all other were family based/citizens/illegal/others.
Maybe we should ask Rajeev too that how many employment based cases does he really handle (% basis). Another thing which came to mind was that all other categories are much behind us on the dates, so why hasten our process if we are a smaller group.
