emergent AP

Has anybody applies emergent advanced parole recently, it is becoming harder or are there any more restrict requirements?

my case is in Texas, if i want to apply emergent AP, may i go to local office?

you suggestion and advice will be appreciated !!!!!!:confused:
 
Emergency AP

can be applied in the local INS office , if they refuse you can try int he district office. If it is a real emergency you should be able to get the AP approval in a day or two(maximum). Take your AP receipt and I485 receipt.
