Emergency AP

My I-140,485,131 were filed very recently.But my necessity is to get an AP or EAP for my India trip for relative's medical reasons.
Can any one pl.tell me for applying Emergency AP, firstI-140 approval is prerequisite?

No, but they have to peruse your I140 and I think some service centers insist on that even if there is an emergency situation
 
Relatives rarely count for emergency AP. Parents, grand parents, brothers/sisters are OK.
 
Since your EAD is not yet approved what is your current status? If you are on H1 then better to use H1 for travel to India. Getting this emergency Parole is tough task in many places.
 
Thank you for your replies.Right now I am on H1 but the issue is my Visa is expiring in about 2 weeks.As getting visa revalidation at chennai is 'last option' and little rsiky now a days(timeframe is not assured there practically ,some times),I thought EAP may be of help and safe,to return back .
As per above messags it seems getting EAP is bit a tricky.
 
Revalidation may not be a problem. Couple of my friends did their stamping during last two months. They received passport back within 10 days. They did drop box
