Elimination of Cap is not there?

Can anyone with contacts find out if elimination of cap is there? IT was an ammendment and was not under asylum laws....other ammendments are mentioned in the press release but not that..

They should post the legislation in its entirety soon. Be patient.

how confident you think the elimination of the cap is still there?
There are at least four version of that bill, the last one donot have any word talk about elimination cap.
Any way, thanks for let us keep dreaming about that. :o

I called Mr. Brownback's office and was put through to a legislative aide who said that "I believed cap section is in."

I am reasonably confident.

As "thankful" points out, you are looking at the wrong thing.
 
Check this, the remove of caps is included in HR 1268.
