I’m eligible to file 90 calendar days before but none of the option supporting 90 days clause. Any recommendation which option I’ll have to pick?

You mark A because that's your eligibility.

Option A doesn't mean you must have completed the full 5 years when you file the application. You can choose option A if you're within the 90 days before your 5-year anniversary.
