Hello
I am a student with F1 visa from India. I will be graduating by Aug 1, 07 so technically my F1 and I20 will be valid till Aug 1 and I will have a student status.
Meanwhile I have an offer from a Company which I have accepted and the Co. has applied for an H1 visa in April 1st week of '07. If it gets approved it will be active from Oct 1, 07.
In between all these I have to attend a conference in Beijing, China from Jul 2 - 5, 07.
My question: If my H1 is approved will it trigger any major changes in my visa status (concerned about the month of July) inspite of me graduating by Aug 1, 07 and the H1 getting active on Oct 1 even if it approved by Jul 07. From Aug 1, 07 to Oct 1, 07 I will be on OPT.
