Effect of 'fault' based divorce?? Please advise..

I have already filed for Naturalization based on the 3 year marriage based rule. For the past few months my wife has started accusing me of having an affair because I have taken a new job and I usually work 9-10 hours a day. I have a feeling that my wife will be filing for a divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty or infedility. If she does file I will not fight the grounds because it will be just a waste of time and money and she will get the divorce anyways.

Other then the fact that I will loose my current N-400 application and will have to wait to file again will it have any other adverse effect?

If I get married again in 2-3 years and bring my spouse from my home country will this 'fault based' divorce have any effect on that?

Probably not, because from what I understand no matter how hard I try I cannot stop stop her from getting a divorce but it will cost me quite a few thou$ands and time to defend my self. I don't want to spend more money on a sinking ship if there is no consequence for it. She will beleive what she wants to no matter what.

Then let her have the divorce, but don't admit fault.

I intend to do exactly that.

My question was that will it have any negative effect in future when I apply for naturalization etc.?

Will having a 'fault' based divorce be considered a bad moral character?
