EBC: concurrent filing and visa number retrogress.

Hi friends:
I just filed I-140/485 cocurrent(Registered Nuse,no labor certificate required). I noticed EB-3 will likely retrogress to 2002 in near future. Will Immigration Service process my I-485 when I-140 is approved although visa priority date is not available?
I don't know how they will treat concurrent filing if EB-3 visa numbers are not available. Thanks a lot!

If the priority dates for EB3 and your birth country retrogress before your priority date, then no. Your I-485 will remain in suspended animation until your priority date becomes current again.

However, what makes you believe that you will be affected by EB3 retrogression? Are you born in India, China or the Phillipines?
