EB3 with current PD

on our cards it shows the date it was approved and nothing about PD. If your card shows approval date as PD i am assuming it is a mistake . If not hey u r eligible for filing citizenship pretty soon:)
 
My EB3 case with priority date Jul 02 2001 has also been moved to NE on Feb 14 2007
I received biometric/fingerprint code 1 request on 4/2/07 after LUD update on
4/3,4/4.

My priority Date is :May 2001
Case :EB3

Guru's any idea.

Finally, my case got approved. I received approval message @4:30 PM today. Thanks to all you guys who provided valuable information. I specially want to thank Pallu for starting this thread and keeping our hopes alive.

My detail:

EB2 - Sub - PD - Sep 2001
I140/I485 - RD - 12/17/2004
I140 - AD:06/14/2005
2nd FP - 01/17/2007
I485 - RFE - 03/02/07 - Medical for dependent - Submitted - 03/27 - LUD - 03/27
AD - 04/11/2007 4:30 PM - No LUD before approval.
Took help from Mrs Bush for NC.
 
Just now received the messages that "Card Production Ordered" for me and my wife. I am wondering if someone could help me in understanding the post approval process like "when to go for stamping?", "apply for SSN for dependent". What needs to be done to get card for my minor daughter? - card is not ordered for her yet.

I appreciate the help in advance.

mk_gc - Congratulations.

You don't need to go for stamping. You will probably get the cards in mail in a week or so. Once you get the card, you can apply for SSN for your dependent and you can update your SSN to an unconditional one. I think, your doughter will get the cards soon too.

A couple of LUDs after USCIS said they received the response

I went through my company lawyers. The lawyers ofice sanned the RFE document to me. I sent them the documents and they sent the packet to USCIS - VSC.

USCIS confirmed that they had received the response and then there were a couple of LUDs after that. Its been a month since then and no response after that till now.

My spouse has also got an RFE but the lawyer's office has not yet received her RFE notice.

Questions for this thread.

From what I gather from this thread. Your cases became current in January and most of got approved by March after a flurry of LUD's. Is this a correct assesment?

Can you let me know if any of you were stuck in Name check? My case will become current today but I am stuck in name check and was wondering if case becoming current will somehow push the name check as well.

Hi,
Yes I used my lawyer to send out the docs to VSC. They rec'd it on the 04/25/07 after that I saw 3 LUD's till 04/27/07 no msg change after confirming that they rec'd it.
For beneficiary they asked only for medical which we send it and rec'd the same response that they rec'd it but nothing after that...:eek:
 
EB3, PD Jun '02 transfered to TSC

Hi Guys,

Just thought this will comfort someone... My 2nd finger prints were done in May '07

I had a friend Jun '01 EB3 waiting... also transfered to TSC. Currently on my 3rd EAD.. although my sig doesnt say that...

Do we have a Spreadsheet or something here to keep track of EB3 ???
 
Second FP

Today I got the second FP notice. I applied my 485 in Feb 2006 at VSC and got first FP in March 2006. I didn't get any LUD after since 9/06. I called the 1-800 number to check the status but they didn't have any update regarding the Name check. They said it's still pending. Today I got notice for second FP. My first FP is within 18 months and so I think it's still valid. Is there any connection between second FP and completion of Name / Security check. Do we get second FP notice ONLY after the completion of Name Check? Please share your experiences.

You are in good hands at VSC. I won`t be surprised if you get approval, still in July.
