EB3 with current PD

Congratulations to both of you. Just wanted check - you were EB2 or EB3 and your cases were transfered to TSC or you got the approval in Vermont itself?

Dependent-- Medical

thanks for the info. So alonglonwait4gc it looks like it took around 3 weeks for you from the time message changed to when your lawyer received the RFE notice. Is this about right?

YEP!!! it took 3 weeks to rec'd and don't have any idea how long it will take them to approyed after they rec'd it....

How long does it take for the card to be received?

I have not received the approval notice in the mail yet. Did you receive it?

Also, for me the online message has not changed to "card mailed" yet. How about you?

The first online message I got was:

"Card production ordered on 3/21"

Second online message:

"Approval notice sent on 3/22"
 
my PD

Hi paloo2004, I hav a kestion for u, I hav F-1 visa, and married with usc since 2004, done my FP code 3 on Feb 2005, havin my interview in Jan 2006 and still waitin for decision. I've just done my 3rd FP code 2 two weeks ago and they r no lud on my I-485, just got 2 lud on my EAD but the messag still the same. but early in November 2006, my PD became Fingerprints review completed but no lud, just the message has changed.
I really need ur help, I hav been callin uscis representativ coupl tim but they did giv me no info about my name check statu, please I need help
My wife and I sent a letter to MSC but still hav no answer from them.:mad:
 
Received my card on 3/30.

A question for those who have received their cards:

The primary applicant's card shows the approval date of GC as 4/30/2001 (same as my PD)
For the dependant the approval dats is shown as 3/16/2007.

Is this how it is for everyone?

Please let me know...
