EB3, PD Jan 2002 to Dec 2002

Looks like most of you have got or scheduled for code 2 FP.
But it is strange that in my case i got the RFE, but still didn't get the code-2 biometric notice. Will this delay my process.
Any suggestion is appreciated.
My 1st FP (that is code-1) was done in May 2004.
 
PD - June 6th 2002 EB3 India
I485 - Dec 31st 2002
FP 1 - Feb 2003
FP 2 - Jan 2005
FP 3 - August 2005 - biometric code 2

I guess its normal. We also got first FP in Mar and then Biometric in April. HTH

I think there is some sort of cron job running in USCIS system which will trigger the FPs and Biometrics based on PD,category and ND. May be yours will get triggered once after approving the case.

I am seeing some of you guys PD were current for some point of time. Did you guys feel that your cases have been touched?
Just curious because I heard that, its not necessary that USCIS will start from June 2002 as stopped last time.

What do you guys feel?

Can some one tell me what is the meaning of this message

" You case is temporarily stopped as the visa numbers are not available, you case will resume once the VISA numbers are vailable.

PD 12/03/2003 (140 RD I assume is my PD)
FP 11/06/2004
VSC IND EB3 sub labour (7/21/2002 is this my PD --- ?)

According to my interpretation It means that they are waiting to assign visa number to your case before final approval.
Its seems your PD is 7/21/2002 thats why your case is ready to adjudicate. You can confirm the PD by looking at the 140 approval notice.

Guyes, What do you think about October EB3 Scene?
Is it gonna move forward :) or stay there :p or reverse... :mad:
