EB3, PD 2001 tracker - tracking till we get Approved !!

EAD 3 AP ??? Not yet ...
LUD - still same , not moving...
I485 AD ???? WHO KNOWS ...

My case was approved last month.

Case details:
Company A:
EB-2 nebraska
PD 12/99
I-140 AP 9/00
Because of backlog, could not file I-485 :mad:

Left company A and joined company B in 1/01
EB-2 TSC
PD 5/02
concurrent filed I140/I485 on 3/31/04
FP 10/23/04
I-140 AP 12/04
Bad lawyer filed my I-140 as EB-3 :mad:
changed lawyer in 4/05, filed G-28
Unfortunaely INS didn't update my profile to connect to new lawyer. :mad:
RFE 6/05, didn't get notice until we filed new G-28 and then got RFE notice in 7/05, only 3 weeks left to response. RFE responsed in early 8/05, unfortunately EB-3 was out of quota, starting 10/05, EB-3 had several years backlog.

Laywer requested to use my previous PD data 12/99 in 10/05, the process took about 3 and half months :)

I-485 AP 1/19/06( 4 days before my FP expired 1/23) :)
received official notice on 1/27/06
got biometric notice on 2/6/06
did biometric notice on 2/15/06
got automatice email my Green card was ordered on 2/16/06. :)

EB-3 I-485 approval

I just got an e-mail from the USCIS stating that my I-485 got approved. Does this mean I am now a permanent resident?? I keep thinking there must be another step to go through since there always seems to be another wait..... Please let me know if I can get totally excited or not.

You are not little anymore. You are a big runner like Carl Lewis now. Congrats ! yep, you crossed the hurdle. Ironically, we filed 140/1485 in same week on June 2005. My 140 already cleard 6 months ago but PD is Jan 2002 so still stuck there
 
India? PD is not currrent yet for April 01, that is good news, conngrats!!!

Sounds good. :)
Working in unpredicted way is TSC style. Lets hope for the good.

they can approve few cases by mistake. we never know :confused:

Just an idea......

After I have seen few approval.....Assuming your PD will become current in comming bulletin, You may get good news with in 2 or 3 months.
