Now based on all the forums there are so many people who don't visit or post to the forums.Hence speculating the number based on only those who write to this site's forum would not be a good hypothesis for predicting how many cases are and will be approved or how far the PD's move.
 
this helps guess multiply the count here by 3-4 to take care of others

name check

any buddy does have any idea how long it wil take for the name check? i went the the INS office and they said officer my file is under pending and they have to check my name " NAME CHECK PROCESS" ???

Folks if your name check has been pending for more than 1 and a half years. Do what I did.

Everyone, here is the Mandamus that I served yesterday to FBI, DHS and USCIS. The clerk told me to make 4 sets, 1 for the Judge, send one to DHS and USCIS all in one filing, the next one to the FBI i.e Alberto Gonzales and then the last one to the disctricts US Disctrict Attorney (don't ask why)

Also what was finally decided about the HR 4437 ? Reason I ask this is becasue all you are planning to do will be moot as that Bill is very dangerous and can mess all legal immigrants and there will be no judicial support if that goes thru ?

Hello everyone,

I am happy to tell you that my GC was approved today. It has been seven years to the week since I filed for labor. There is more a sense of relief than joy at this point. I don't know what I would have done w/o this website and all the contributors. Thank you Mr. Khanna and everyone who contributes. I have learnt more here than from my attorneys.

I also have to find a new hooby as my bashing the USCIS are over..how will I fill the void?? :)

I wish everyone luck and speedy approvals.
