I-140 Sep 2005 Approved Feb 2006
I-485 -- Didn't apply due to Retrogression

here are my details. EB3 OH Chicogo PD 4/14/03 (yours is 2/26/03)
my (only one and a half months difference)
LC approved 10/04/05
I-140 approved 2/16/06
I-485 not applied sofar.
I am surprised you applied for I-485 long before and got EAD . any way wish you good luck. I am a spouse of H1b.though i have proper qualification to work, i could not apply for I-485 due to retrogression.right now i am working like a dog in a grocery store.(under employment)

I guess this thread has become useless as noone is keeping track in spread sheet or something.
There seems to be a lot of people in the Jan 2002 to Dec 2003 bracket. Would be nice if someone takes time out and put everything in a spread sheet.

I see a few have done the hard work of compiling most of the posts and putting them in month/year order. But soon these posts gets obscured with other frantically posting their PD's.

Well I just saw this thread and got interested to see the numnbers as I make up the lower end of the range of PD of this thread.

your PD is FEB. mine is APRIL. but i was not able to file I-140 & I-485.
my LC was approved in Oct.05. i am from OH , EB 3. how were you able to get the labor before 5/06/04. please respond. also what is Bio Code 3.thanks in advance.

I did not do anything special. I applied RIR NSC- and I fall under worldwide.
My LC was approved in 03/16/2004. Appiled concurrent I140 and
I485 - 5/04/04. I140 approved 09/01/05.

Bio Code3 = Code 1 + Code 2. It is Biometrics and Fingerprints. Look into Biometrics threads for more details. The picture and the print goes on your GC
and also in their database.

Thank you verymuch for your response. I fall under retrogression country INDIA. that is my bad luck. though i am a post graduate,i can't get a job due to this retro.i am undergoing a lot of depression.
