Folks, Think there are other threads too, Where we have some PD posted, but it is all over the place from 98 to 05. Add to this tracker only if you are EB3 between Jan 02 to Dec 2003. Please insert your case in the month/date sequence by taking a copy of list, insert your PD where it belongs as per the list format /sequence and paste it back as difficult for one person to maintain and add all the dates

This can get us some idea of how many folks are there

Great if you can post your details in one line to make it easier for everyone to read as per the format.

Folks in the BRC too. If you are in the BRC still then just Add the PD

please no AP/ no EAD info/no other dates only PD, No RD please try to maintain the format for uniformity and no more than one line

Hi folks,

ours is EB3 substituion case. 140 approved. 485 stucked in name check pending. recently we changed the address and during address change i just asked the person on the phone about my case status. but no result. the interesting thing is there is an update on our cases on 9/12 and dependent's case message also updated. but not primary's. but date changed for both. have any clues......?

the message updated to

Labor approved: Jan 2004
I-140/I-485 Filed: April 2004
I-140 approved: March 2004.
I-485 : Still pending.
FP: November 2004.
Biometrics: August 2005.
 
Hi..Need Info

Can I get an H1 extension from another employer. If so what is the process.

Do the other employer need to first transfer H1 and than apply of extension as my 6 year H1 term is expiring.

Also how safe it is to get change in employment on EAD by filing AC21.

Will appreciate to know.
