It is heartening to see an October approval, that too concurrent.
Did you receive an RFE? Also, please could you update the tracker if you havent done so already?

At some point you should be asked to do your FP (possibly 2 or 3 times). The big unknown is whether cases where the I-140 is approved prior to the I-485 (the "old" way) will now be handled more slowly -- somethings got to give if they plan to speed up other cases...
But, in theory, if all your ducks are in a row for the I-485 you should be fine even if this takes 1-2 years more (or longer). You can also use AC-21 now that the I-140 is approved to change to a different sponsor for a similar job.

Done. I think you need to save the sheet to a new file (e.g. \temp\2003.xls) then upload it again (using the attachement manager).
