I have a good friend of mine whose labor finally got approved from Dallas BEC. Guess what his PD was : SEPTEMBER 1998.

So there are still many old cases pending at BEC.

I hope atleast Jan October 2001. But I will be happy if it is Augusr 2001.

My feeling

I have a feel that it might be Feb-2001 (It is always encouraging when the VB is out early first week and the other way when it is later second week)..This is just my feeling..
 
cut-off date will move to April 2001

I think becoz of the 245(i) cases, it will struck up in April 2001 for a while.
I will be really happy if it moves past April 2001.

Everyone of us was wrong on this one... The visa bulletin says "Feb 2001" for India. Such is the disappoint that intially Feb 2001 was not even an entry in the polls.

This sucks big time. Someone mentioned that now onwards EB3 India would just inch ahead. I was hoping to be current in this bulletin but I guess now it may take much longer.

My wife's AOS can't even be filed as my dates are not current. This sucks !!!
 
No big surprise!!

Look a couple posts above where I predicted Feb 2001. There won't be a good movement until "rest of the world" moves. It is going to be the same old story again where only EB3 sucks and EB1/EB2 becomes current in few months!!

But you have a very good chance to become current in next month's VB. I am very postive..Anyways, Good luck to you and all others in the queue.

Prediction is not worth the effort...

...and is waste of time. I suggest using that energy in something far more predictable, or even engrossing like stock market predictions or price of Gold etc...

But, as creatures of habit, rest assured, some bright guy is already working on a thread titled "May Visa Bulletin Prediction". Such is the sad state of optimism (aka desperation).
 
All this proves ..

Guys and Gals,

This excercise has proven only one thing. No one can accurately predict the PDs. Its a futile effort.

The way its moving, I have a feeling that it may be longer. Then I would find out if the name check is clear or not (the case is at a local service center in NYC)...

I guess I have a long way to go. May be I should sue them or join IV and do something...

BTW, If I take an infopass appointment to check on my name check status, should I be talking to an immigration officer or the person behind the counter (help desk ?) ?

does any one know or predict the EB3 movement for april 2006 ?
I was expecting it will move fast probably until Jan 2002 on may 06 visa bulletin but to my unfortunate and badluck It just moved one month i,e feb01..
