EB3 Cases waiting for Visa Numbers

Please post all the EB3 cases with Namechecks,FP cleared and waiting for visa numbers.

I spoke to TSC IO today and she mentioned that everything is clean as my case is waiting for visa numbers to be available.

EB3 PD: 12/2002
I140 AD: 8/2004
I485 RD: 8/2004
2 FP done (2/2005 & 8/2007).

Name check cleared in 2005.
 
I am in the same boat, but I am not sure if the misery will be over in October when the new quota kicks in.

Are they going to approve cases which has everything cleared with PD greater than posted on VB? I hope so, my case is with exam officer.
 
I talked to an officer at TSC last week , I got the same information.

When was the last call .. you were told that waiting for VISA?
I just called TSC IO got the same answer .. Hoping that is standard answer and
got some hope after seeing your approval.

I went to infopass last Friday and was told that your case is with the officer. I think I called 7-10 days back and was told everything is clear and waiting for visa number.

Name check not cleared
 
folks

i received an RFE does it mean VISA is available for me, i just responded and getting all wishful. what am trying to understand is there some kind of relation that they issue RFE's only when VISA is available. my PD sep 2003 EB3.

PD : 4/03
485 RD : 05/04
NC : Clear (atleast the IO thinks so)
FP : Got (first) notices in Sep'07 for the family after 3.5 years (senator had to kick some butts)
EAD/AP : Currently on the 4th card
NJ DL : Don't even ask - got about 5 in my wallet
FL (frustration level) : ......almost beating the energizer bunny
 
AOS steps

Can you guys shed some light on what are the steps after the I-485 is filed (AOS)? Here's what I know:

1. FP appointment
2. FP
3. NC
4. Wait for visa #
5. Get visa # and review
6. Send card

Am I missing any other steps? Can you please post personal timelines for each one of these steps? I would like to make a guesstimate of when I should expect any to happen.
 
Mine, I have 3 LUDs together with my husband but no change in message status

EB3 - Dec. 2004
i-140 - ND - 05/16/07 AD - 11/20/07
I-485 - ND 08/09 LUD 09/13 (FP) 11/30 12/2 12/3

NC Cleared atlast. I guess I should feel happy. But Happy for what? I have never had a run in with the law, never had a problem but had to wait for 3 years for no reason. Anyways.....
 
How To Get Name Check Status?

My PD is 09/2002 (EB3). I applied I-485 on 07/19/2007.

My FP is done on 08/15/2007.

How can I know if my name check is cleared?

If I call the USCIS customer service number, Give me some hints on how should I ask and in what tone I should ask?

Your tone wont matter, its really up to them to tell you and sometimes from what Ive read, what they tell you probably wont be accurate anyway.

Its pretty much pointless.
