EB3 after interview waiting for Visa #

Hi everyone,

Let's start new thread for all people that had their interview but did not get stamped due to visa # not available for EB3 category. Let's share expierience.


I had interview in NYC office on July 14, everything went ok but I did not get stamp due to visa # not available. Officer said that October 1 should all categories be current, but wasn't sure how all cases that pending will be processed.
 
Can I ask what was your priority date or labor certification filing date ?
Also is the Visa # a problem for all pending Eb3 cases ?

My PD is Nov 2000....but regardless of PD all EB3 cases are on hold till Visa # become avaiable
