EB3 - 2002 Priority date Thread

Hi Everyone,
Can one of you update my I-140 Approval date to 05/03/2005 in the Excel tracker please. I donot have excel on my system. Sorry for the trouble guys.

RFE received

I received an RFE on my case. Received an email today that RFE was sent on May 9th. I will update once I get the details. But this is good news, atlweast my case is now ready to be processed.

Updated my info in the spread sheet.

Good to know. I was just wondering why we are not seeing any updates from the members on the tracking sheet in this forum.

Aap,

Added your details and also updated the EAD/AP progress in my case....This is amazing and totally unlike the NSC - they have approved my EAD/AP in just 21 days !! If only they would show the same enthusiasm to the other pending 485 cases....:)
 
For what it is worth, here is the link to the offical June bulletin.

I do not know waht to make of this new bulletin...especially the comments under section E.

One can only hope that July bulletin, which is the start of final quarter of FY05 would turn things around for better. ???
 
Nov 2003 485 Approved!

My case got approved on May 11 2005 while I was out of country on vacation. I reentered in US using the AP document. Online system shows the approved status but I am yet to receive the approval notice by mail.

This forum has provided enourmous help and wealth of information to me. I like to thank you all for your help and support.
