LUD changes/RFE

INS received my RFE on 02/22/2005 since then my LUD is changing daily
any good sign???

No EB3 approvals lately

All the approvals i am seeing lately are EB2.
Is that only me or anybody else thinks the same?

Eb3 To Eb2

Hello,

Please count me in. A question for all of you......

Mine is a substitution Labour(EB3).....with Aug 2002 is the priority date. Now with this priority date all EB2 guys are getting approved. Is there any chance can we request the lawyer to change from EB3 to EB2 as I am having more than 7 years of experience and with Post Graduate Degree ? Will it help or not ? suggestions are welcome......
