PD Feb/march approved

2 of my collegues whose labor PD is in Feb/March 2002 and I-485 RD is
March/April 2004 were approved recently by NSC without any RFE's.

March/April 2004 were approved recently by NSC without any RFE's.

Well, It is time to be optimistic about the approvals for EB3 2002 PD filers irrespective of I485RD. It is time to populate the file attached here with more cases.

RFE....Approvals coming

Based on the recent move of PD to June2002 and the fact that 2/3rd of people on the tracking file on this forum have PD before July2002 lot of you folks on this tracking file should expect to get RFEs or better yet some approvals soon. Keep updating with the latest.

LUD is keep changing on my I-485 for past 1 wk. Probably I should expect RFE soon.

Yes it was a long journey. After school in 2000 worked on ead for an year. then got H1 in may 2001 , started Gc process immediately. After submitting everything, we checked the status of our application with DOL, and found that our application was missing . so re applied again in Jan2002. Finally journey is over,and on a side note, yes with same nerver wrecking employer. Yes for a minute I was excited and enjoyed the moment. Now my life time wish of becoming doctor and serving people is poking my mind seriously. My wife says she is going to support me . I am ready to sacrifice my established career and seriously thinking and confused too.we are expecting baby in 10 days. I am confused totally.

I provided bunch of docs to my lawyor, But I am not sure what exactly he submitted to NSC. Here are the following docs , I provided to lawyor.

1) Joint Bank Account statement and letter from bank
2) Apartment joint lease agreement.
3)Joint Auto Insurance policy.
4)Joint credit card statement.
5)Joint Medical Insurance Policy.
6)10 Wedding pics with family and picture of wedding signing we standing under it on reception day.

Please let me know if you need more info.
