First a little background about myself, I finished my B.E in May 2001 and worked till Feb 2002 with a software company in India. I came to USA in Feb 2002 and finished my MS in May 2004. I started working as sftware consultant from June 2004 and currently working with an American Vendor (As you all know they are not so flexible with GC processing). Recently I came across another (Desi employer) who has a pre approved EB2. The approval Date is Aug-05-2002 (The employer told me that this is the priority Date!). This was in backog center for a while, his lawyer got this on July 2006. Here are my questions ..

- This particular EB2 claims that the applicant has finished MS + 2 Years of experience. The employer told me that I should have all this by the priority date ,i.e, Aug-05-2002. Apparently I donot have it. Is he right or Can I still use this as I have MS with 3 years of experience as of today (April 15 2007)?
- I did my BE and MS in Electrical Engg. Will it be a problem if the particular EB2 claims that the applicant has Computer Science Engg. ?
- Can I count the Indian Experience too in this case?
- How should I confirm that the priority date is Aug 05 2002 (The employer is kind enough to have me take a look at xerox?
