EB2 I-140 RFI on 11/05/04, I-140/485 RD 06/09/04

Got a Request for addtional information on 11/05/04 for my EB2 I-140/485 RD 06/09/04 in VSC.
 
EAD approved for EB2

EB2 I-140 RFI on 11/05/04, I-140/485 RD 06/09/04
EAD/AP RD on 11/11/04 concurrent online filing.
I-140 RFI response sent 12/06/04.
EAD AP: 12/14/04

EB2 cases moving...

Hey guys...

Did u see the updates recently on 6th December, it looks like the date has moved to 08th December 2003, hope it will be picked up...! I guess at this point there is no need to send any request..! Please wait and see...and we all hope , it will be picked up very fast..!

My LUD has changed on 485 today 12/15/04. My ND is 01/07/04.

I recently got REF on H1 Extension on 12/13/04, do you guys think LUD on 485 is because of REF on H1. H1 is at Nebraska. And my 485 getting processed at Vermont.

Any body having similar experiences ? My 140 is not yet approved and there is no change in LUD for 140.

Please throw you experiences or guess.

My wife's H1B transfer got approved sometime last month. Her I485 LUD changed on the day her H1 was approved. Hope this helps.
 
140 approvals for Eb2

Is the plan for sending a letter/request to increase the speed of 140 approvals for EB2 still on?
 
Guys,

EB2 140 cases are moving at snail's pace. We should in fact send emails/letters and whatever needed.

Any one still interested or no?
