AILA's Immigration Lawyer Referral Service (ILRS) cannot provide legal
advice or information. The only service that we offer is lawyer
referral. If you'd like to hire an attorney, please tell me the city
and state in which you would like the attorney to be located.
Note: We guarantee that ILRS participants will not charge more than
$100 for the initial 30 minute consultation. After the first 30
minutes, members of the ILRS will charge their standard legal fees.
Thanks,

Hi,
As you may get to know more about the problems we are going through in
the
attached letter addressed to officials in Dept of homeland security
regarding delays in Green Card I-140 EB2 (Advanced degree/Exceptional
Ability) category, we were wondering if AILA could represent us in this
endeavor.
This petition was addressed to the following officials in dept of
homeland
security.
Prakash.Khatri@dhs.gov
cisombudsman@dhs.gov
CISO@DHS.gov
We would appreciate any help AILA provides us in this regard for our

Thank you very much
