Sent E-mails for EB2 (VSC)

EAC : EAC041845*
I-140/I-485 RD/ND : 06/07/2004. (concurrent filing)

I sent e-mails to the 3 DHS addresses and AILA on 10/11/2004.
Spoke to my lawyer rep, they too say we can't do anything about changing from EB2 to EB3.

And whatever happened to concurrent approvals (as per ** Memo) for concurrent filings after May 2004 ? For EB3, people seem to be getting I-140 approvals whose I-140/I-485 RD dates are after May 2004. This memo is confusing.

Did all the guys in the list receive FP notices?

Just trying to discern a pattern.
Did all of you receive FP notices? I did and it is scheduled for Oct.30th.
 
yes i did get the FP notice. mine is for 21st Oct.

I'd be interested to know if all the guys on the list have concurrent filing or NOT.

Your FP information in not there on the tracker .. can you post the information in the 2004 tracker thread so that LC_Virginia can update the tracker with your info ..

did you ger any response on this matter. Mine is applied on April and situation of my company is getting worse day by day, its been mental torture fo me . Hope ours get processed soon.

I sent my 3rd mail to the email addresses. Will not give up...I request all guys in the list to send another round...We should not give up..someone will hear us.

EB2 filed in Dec 03 still pending...

My I-140 and I-485 filed on Dec 13, 2003 and still nothing happening..I got FP call in NOV.

And current job is not in good conditions....ending in Dec 04.

I don't have any choice till I-140 clear? right?

EB2 guys..please come together...

Guys! don't you think we can all be more persistent than this in order to expect someone to hear us. We don't want to spam Mr. Khatri's mailbox but he is our only HOPE at this time!

We are a small group representing a larger group (EB2) but if WE have come together for a common cause then let's make a difference..others who are not coming forward for some reason will follow I am sure....
