My last message was in Dec ..FP results recieved and then LUD for address change etc. Got my Second EAD and AP (approval Today).
Can't wait to get my hands all green ..!!!

Calmguy, Congratulations on EAD approval!! what was the ND on your EAD? I applied on 09/06 did not hear anything so far...so little concerned..are those VSC bosses slow processing EAD now a days?

What's going on with VSC? I didn't hear any/many 485 approvals in Oct or for that matter much progress in 485. I did hear few LUD on some of the folks but no other news ......

LUD on 10/06 also ....no change in the matter ...

any guru's explain ...when they r going to start approving i 485 applications for EB2...past 2 weeks i 'm seeing diff forums i didn't find any approvals in this month for EB2 cases...any gusses

gc_sankar - Looking at the LUD trend in your case, approval might be on the way. Do you know if your name check was cleared?

My RFE was received on Oct 10. Saw LuD on 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. and then nothing. Called VSC. they said "it looks it is being reviewed". Hope I can get some good soon.

PD is available in Oct.06.
