Eb2/eb3

risks on EB2

Hi Everybody,

Has anyone in the forum obtained a green card with EB2 ?

I want to know what are risks of applying for EB2 with the current guidelines ?

I do have a US Master's degree but am not sure what the pros and cons of applying for EB2 would be.

Hi,

My PD is 06.2004
i have my i140 approved and as i am in eb3 abnd my Pd >2002 i will not be able to get GC untill PD become Currecnt.and i think it will atleast take 3 years.

What will happen if i am out of USA for More than one year..comeback and join the same company,will My 485 be Preocessed,will MY PD REMAIn The Same.

or will i have to start it again from scratch.
